Mike Smith

Mike Smith teaches the F.I.G.H.T. class and Combat Fitness class. He is certified by the International Haganah Federation as a F.I.G.H.T. Instructor. Mike is married to instructor, Kim Smith. They originally joined Haganah Houston as students as a way to learn self defense, but more importantly, to spend more time together. Now they spend more time together as instructors. They are big advocates of fitness and nutrition. They stay at the top of their game by working out at Haganah Houston’s combat fitness class, at 24 Hour Fitness, and intense cardio sessions in their home gym.

Mike got his under graduate degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and his doctorate degree (D.D.S.) from the University of Texas Dental School in 1993. He and Kim opened Accent Dental Group in 1999 and Image Med Spa in 2011.
